Is it really an AI or a real person?
It's a genuine AI voice agent. The voice is designed to be natural and professional. For full transparency, you can configure the agent to introduce itself as an AI assistant at the beginning of each call.
What languages are supported?
IT Habit supports more than 33 languages, including French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Hindi and many more. The agent automatically detects the caller's language and responds accordingly from the very first sentence.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are online within 48 hours. Our team handles the initial configuration: voice selection, personality preset, script customization, knowledge base, calendar integration and number forwarding.
Does it connect to my existing calendar?
Yes. IT Habit integrates with Google Calendar, Calendly, Doctolib (for healthcare) and most tools via API. Availability is checked in real time during the call, so no double-bookings.
Is client data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR/RGPD compliant, data is stored on EU servers, and we never use your client data to train models. A DPA is available on request.
Can I customize the voice and personality?

What happens if the AI can't answer?
